Richard came to the South Coastal Bend from the San Antonio, Texas area, with an extensive amount of experience related to Real Estate Home buying and Investment purchasing. As a kid he grew up in Bishop, Texas and realized the importance of community. Richard grew up with his grandfather owning his own convenience store/family business along with investment rentals in Premont, TX and a 700 acre cattle ranch that would later spark an interest in him as an adult.
Richard was involved in Disaster Relief with FEMA in 2004, and later experienced Hurricane Harvey while relocating down South. In his short amount of time being part of The San Patricio Community, he managed to build lasting relationships with the respectable City Members, and Mathis Economic Development Center, by assisting the locals in buying and selling residential homes, lots, acreage, and commercial properties surrounding the Mathis area.
Richard prides himself in having a Religious God centered work Ethic that has served as a basis on treating Family, Friends, and Business. He has volunteered at various City Events for the City of Mathis! Richard loves to go fishing and enjoys spending time with his family. Richard is a proud new grandfather! He recently joined United Country Bluntzer Real Estate and is now able to assist you with all your buying and selling properties.
