Vickey is
a lifelong resident of South Texas, Born in Kingsville and graduated from
Calallen High School. She has lived in Northwest Corpus Christi (Annaville)
with her family since 1988. Her family were realtors. She and her husband Dr.
Joe Paschal have a ranch in Washington Co. Texas were they run and feed their
own cattle. Here two grown children were raised in Annaville and went to Tuloso
Midway School. They participated in Nueces County 4-H program raising and
showing cattle and Quarter Horses, market steers and purebred heifers.
Here
daughter Helen is a veterinarian in Washington County and her son Robert works
for USDA and also has a degree in nursing. Her husband has retired from Texas A
& M as a livestock specialist and now is the Executive Director of the
American Brahman Association.
