United Country – Bluntzer Real Estate specializes in homes for sale, country homes, ranches for sale, land for sale, lake and coastal properties, hunting properties, luxury homes, and commercial properties. While serving the South Texas area, we are able to offer national marketing with local expertise in Nueces County, Jim Wells County, San Patricio County, Bee County, Live Oak County, Bexar County, and Gonzales County.
Maxie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi. Her area of experience is in digital and print marketing, graphic design, and she is a published writer. Maxie was recognized as a VIP Woman of the Year Inductee by the National Association of Professional Women and Continental Who’s Who of National Business Leaders in 2016 while working as the Director of Communications at the largest, privately-funded Baptist affiliated children’s home in the United States, South Texas Children’s Home Ministries. During her time as a stay-at-home mom, Maxie owned and operated a web and graphic design business. Real Estate has allowed Maxie the opportunity to bring together her experience, passion, and love of serving others to help walk people through one of the biggest and most often intimidating experience in one’s life.
As a native South Texan, Maxie is excited to serve the area she has lived in all of her life! Maxie and her husband, Billy reside in Skidmore with their children, Bree and Riley. Skidmore is conveniently located between several larger communities and provides the perfect spot to serve the needs of Beeville, Sinton, Calallen, Corpus Christi, George West, Sandia, and Mathis.
